Education & Career Services

NMIC’s Education & Career Services department offers a comprehensive set of services to support community members as they build the tools to move on to college, advanced training, and/or living wage careers. These services include:

EducationHigh school equivalency, English, and computer courses.

Workforce Training: Certification in construction, customer/food service, Microsoft Office, or home health aide.

Job Readiness Training: Resume, interview, job search, and professional skills training.

Career Development: Paid internships and assistance finding and keeping a job.

This comprehensive set of services is bundled in several programs to meet a variety of community member needs:
