Direct Employment Services. We provide range of services to help individuals find employment including vocational assessments, resume and interview preparation, job readiness training, case management, job placement assistance and post-employment retention support services.

Benefits Screening and Application Assistance. We help clients secure the benefits that they deserve, including food stamps, health insurance, social security insurance, childcare, and HEAP.

Vocational Training. We train individuals in Building Maintenance/Construction Trades, Tax Preparation, and Customer Service/Office Skills. By providing opportunities to gain vocational skills in demand occupations, we help residents obtain meaningful careers with opportunities for advancement.

Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) and Free Tax Preparation Program. We provide information on the Earned Income Tax Credit and free tax preparation services to low-income families, helping them obtain the resources to secure their future.

Happy Faces Family Daycare Network. The Happy Faces Family Child Care Network is a grassroots, community-initiated effort to create jobs for low-income women, while increasing the availability of childcare in the community. Happy Faces provides training and technical assistance to providers, giving them the tools and resources to provide high quality childcare and make family-sustaining wages.
