Case Coordination

When community members access NMIC’s services, case coordinators provide personalized support to screen, recommend, and connect clients to wrap-around services. 

What We Do:
  • Screen clients for legal and nonlegal housing, immigration, finance/benefits, education & career, health, and holistic needs.

  • Determine eligibility for programs and benefits.

  • Connect clients to relevant services within NMIC.

  • Refer residents to receive assistance from other organizations.
