NMIC's Domestic Violence Project (DVP) offers bilingual community-based counseling, case management, and legal services for victims and survivors of intimate partner violence.

What We Do:
  • Trauma informed counseling and crisis intervention

  • Risk assessment and safety planning

  • Case management and advocacy

  • Support group

  • Shelter placement & relocation assistance

  • Workshops on financial literacy, healing, parenting, stress reduction, women’s health and wellness, and others

  • Clients have access to our Family Law Services and other wrap-around services offered at NMIC

Who We Do it For:

All New York City residents, with a focus on those in Northern Manhattan and the South and West Bronx
