NMIC combats the systemic lack of healthcare access and health information in the low-income immigrant community with robust activities to provide health education wherever possible. With better knowledge, clients can more easily identify health programs, access treatment, and live healthier lives.
What We Do:
Perform outreach at community fairs and events
Promote access to food initiatives
Targeted distribution of materials and with information regarding healthy practices and available resources
Include sessions on health information in all educational programs

Health education services are provided to all NYC residents.
How to Sign Up:
Clients may attend community events where NMIC is offering health information and outreach.
