Immigration legal services provide advocacy and legal representation for immigrants. Each year, we handle almost 3,000 cases, help over 300 people become citizens, and get work authorization for almost 400 more immigrants.

– Violence Against Woman Act (VAWA) petitions
– Battered Spouse Waivers
– U visas
– T visas
– Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
– Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS)
– Temporary Protected Status (TPS)
Represent clients in immigration court
