NYPIRG's MAPS of LEAD POISONING IN NEW YORK CITY
NYPIRG 's Lead Poisoning Prevention Project has prepared a map of New York City showing the geographic distribution of the test results of 63,014 New York City children who were newly-identified between 1995 and 2000 with a blood lead level at or above 10 micrograms per deciliter (10 g/dL), mapped by Council districts The maps and report are available here.
The map was created by NYPIRG's Community Mapping Assistance Project (CMAP), using ArcView 3.1 provided by the
Conservation Technology Support Program.
